“From the Ground Up – Rising Rooted”
Come and join Sophie & Joanna during a long bank holiday in our stunning Swiss Alps, in Champéry. We will be housed in the beautiful Chalet Ganesha, an old Swiss farm from the 50s, specially renovated to host yoga retreats and other spiritual practices, a wooden abode of peace. All the chalets have been renovated and furnished with Feng Shui principles and are connected to spring water.
This weekend comprehends several workshops and classes all relevant to the principle of “Rising Rooted”. We will explore the theme in powerful and lengthy Vinyasa Classes, the luxury of time to break all down and go into details.
There will be time for rest, hikes, swims, and saunas in the afternoon. Classes will resume later in the day, and we will gather in a circle to explore together what it is to be grounded in daily life and how some principles can help us thrive and lead a steadier quotidian. The philosophy sessions will be followed by sweet and replenishing Yin classes and

Prices start at 995 CHF for a Twin Shared Room (per person)
We have a few options for single room occupancy with bathroom for 1450 CHF.
The price includes all classes, lodging with 2 vegetarian meals a day, and access to the sauna
