Steady and comfortable is the asana.
Easier said than done? I shall grant you that one.
It’s a process, for some a reasonably rapid one, for others a lengthier journey.
And no matter how bendy the or long the road, all is fine, because it is your journey.
Yet there are some principles to grasp that lead to shortcuts, highways, easier ascensions, or for some, a little closer to liberation.
So what is steady? What is comfortable?
How do I bring more ease into my daily struggles?
Why do we struggle?
All subjects will be explored together during the long weekend.

DAY I
Arrival from 14:30
Class – Restorative/Nidra 16:00:
“Grounding oneself”, come and melt through guided suggestions. Root in.
17:00 Opening Circle:
Getting to know each other, create a sacred space of loving-kindness. We are all here is one to do the work.

DAY II
8:00 – 8:30 Meditation
8:45 – 10:45 Class – Vinyassa Krama
“Rooting In” understanding the principle of the connection to the earth, the need to plug into the ground and build.
Strong legs are the foundations to all inversions and backbends… let’s see why!

FREE TIME (sauna, hammam, rest, walks in the forest or take the télécabine up the mountain, visit the village, swimming… hang out in the garden)

What are roots and how do they relate to the first 3 chakras – Muladhara, Swadisthana, Manipura
Visiting the Sutras of Patanjali in relationship to the topic.

DAY III
8:00 – 8:30 Meditation
8:45 – 10:45 Class – Vinyassa Krama
“Steady Openness” A creative as well as progressive backbend class. After establishing foundations, see how much more you can access the heart. And what supports the heart? Learn healthier ways of getting into a deeper expression of the pose. Would you have back issues, learn to ease off the pose yet stabilise more. Would you be more advanced, learn the principles of dropping back into a backbend and coming out of it on your feet.

Melt into an open heart with the support of the earth. A blissful heartwarming journey of love.

What is the heart center, ANAHATA CHAKRA the fourth chakras
It’s all about love! How can I open up more to love, how can embody loving-kindness, find peace in my own heart.

DAY IV
8:00 – 8:30 Meditation
8:45 – 10:45 Class – Vinyassa Krama
“A magical Flow” let’s put it all together, take everything up a notch, be playful! With my new curated playlist, open up to joy whilst doing the work…. let go and let the bliss pour in! Again, a progressive and complete Vinyasa Krama class, from warming up the core on the floor, to back onto your feet… open your heart, inverse, and take a long soothing rest.
