Joanna is dedicated to breaking asana down, giving out subtle and detailed cues for you to feel alignment and engagement instead of “doing a posture”, and slowing all down because slow is strong, the foundations of more complex postures. Sophie has mastered the journey to inversions in the most playful manner and inspires all to gradually build confidence through repetition in a sequence, thus getting you there, upside down, or someone in between, without doubting yourself.
